Hindley have a young, well drilled side and we're impressive. They'll easily climb the ladder through divisions

However, the Hindley coach was a bit of an idiot towards an older referee, telling him to 'retire' because a try was given against his side who were already 50 points up. He was quite rightly sent off whilst muttering more offensive remarks as he was unwillingl forced to walk to the changing rooms. I thought his behaviour was flitered down into a few of the players who seemd like a decent bunch, but gave the referee alot of mouth through out the game.

It nearly soured a very good, young team and I think it stems from the coach.

To be honest that was probably our worst performance of the season so far and all due to bad discipline. We came 2nd in the league last year on points difference alone so our coach wasn't happy that the ref gave a try when the newton winger was quite clearly 5m offside. I think his frustration was with us lot and he took it out on the ref for that call near the end. however, i think Newton were badly done to in the first ten minutes when the ref disallowed a try for being held up. I was right at the side of the ref when he called it and i could quite clearly see it was a try.
