For the right money his signing makes sense, its a shame he wasn't coming from Bradford or Wigan, then no-one would be even commenting on it.
True, but if everyone on these forums did that,we would all be redundant.

Our club's wage structure has been completely overhauled.

Our poor performance over the last two seasons has nothing whatsoever to do with lack of cap space. Poor recruitment and retention, dodgy coaching, and a certain amount of bad luck were the main factors.
We had plenty of cap space last season that simply wasn't used for a variety of reasons.

Statistically he made good metres and has good footwork which means he also is fairly good on tackle busts. Good pair of hands on him too. I know it's unpopular but i think he's a really good squad player and will be a good signing for Rovers. (pains me to say it too)
Best of luck to Graeme.
He has some skill, but lacks consistency and makes too many stupid mistakes. Maybe a change of scenery will be good for him.
Good squad player if signed at a reasonable price, but unlikely to be anything more IMO.

Typical Zod bollox. Fitzgibbon played for Australia in the World Cup Final less than a year ago and he would walk into every Super League team.

The fact is you've signed a player deemed not good enough to be part of the FC squad, even for 18k.
Pre season is a month away and you've signed no one that can take you forward and you're risking being over taken by clubs that have seriously improved, that includes FC.
The season has'nt started yet so how can you claim to have seriously improved, perhaps in six or seven months you might be able to make such a claim but untill then, its nothing more than wishfull thinking on your part.
The amount of new signings you have made will take time to gell, the
season could be half over by time they do.
If you read the Australian press you will also find a couple of your new signings had very average seasons, so i would'nt start shouting from the rooftops just yet as you could be left with egg on your face.
As regards rovers new very good signings, keep watching this space, they are on their way, please, feel free to bookmark this post if you so wish .

Sign for Rovers, on less money as a player who's job will be keeping Mills company or go to Celtic on probably more money and whilst you're getting towards the back end of your career perhaps actually play a bit of Rugby.
Hardly motivational is it?
I'd rather we spent an extra 18K on youth development.
He wants to stay in the Hull area, so i cant see him chasing the welsh pounds
