Pulled out of sadly neglected storage. I guess this was produced circa early-mid 1970s, aping the classic Adidas travel/messenger bags of the time. I'll probably donate this to the museum if it ever comes to fruition.

they should make these bags again I had an adidas bag just like it when i was at school in the 70's

id buy one but it would have to look retro like that with no sponsors on

Showing my age here but I got one Christmas 1972 and it was put to use by me keeping my school books in, then when we went to Leeds in the Challenge cup 1973 and took 59 coach loads of fans the bag came too along with my Dad only the second live sporting event for him the first being Portugal v Brazil in 1966 WC, i digress the bag on the day contained sandwiches, corn beef and ham and also two flasks one with coffee and one with oxo in. Oh we got beat.....
but the bag survived for another two or three seasons, the shoulder strap finally snapped on it, weight of all my school books
My mates daughter has one now except it has got united on it.

That is quality, I'd love one of them!
