Your academies should be winning everything seeing as they are never promoted to the 1st team.

Really? In the 2 years that we have had an Academy, Liam Watts and Scott Taylor have appeared in our first team whilst both still eligable for under 18s rugby.
In the same period how many players still eligable for under 18s rugby have appeared for your first team?

In the last 2 years, Tom Briscoe, maybe Mike Burnett?
We were fortunate to have a really good batch of players aged 18-20 in the 21s who we've luckily been able to call upon.

Theres 5 or 6 of them that wouldnt and shouldnt have been playing as much 1st grade rugby as they did but needs must.

So where do they play most of their rugby? Give me a break.
