By all means if were bringing in a good player to replace him then ok..But it will be pryce or Goulding taking over and that IMO will make us weaker
Maybe the plan is to let Goulding step up and also let Bailey go and strengthen other areas.

It depends if him and the new coaches have a reason for doing it. If he is not part of the plans then he has to go. They might think it will be more beneficial to the club to get a prop in instead which will give Goulding and Thornley chances and Pryce as well I guess
We do not have a great view of what goes on inside the club, we don't know what he is being offered of if he even wants to stay or if he has injuries etc.
