Most !!!!
There was a good number on here voiced disapproval of us even getting into SL, this was before any signings of FC players or perceived issues with our chairman.

EXACTLY.
Hardly a thread on their own board goes by without the bitter and twisted taking a swipe at Rovers.

And you take the view of a handful of idiots of here as been representative of general option? I didnt think you were that daft.
very red robin wrote:Dave, do you think Clint Newtons behaviour is unprofessional aswell, as he takes digs as much as he possibly can. Or would you say that as he is a player they have a different mentality and that he isnt speaking as part of the club but on a personal level. Were as NH is using the club as part of his personnal dislike for FC?
Yes there's a difference between Newton having digs as a player and the CEO of an organisation doing the same. You expect the Leader of an organisation to approach things in a professional manner and not look for cheap digs as well as shooting his mouth off in pubs.

I am not, but when the threads become 20 pages of poison it makes you wonder. I don't like FC, but have always maintained my ideal RL world would be Rovers and FC top 2 (in that order of course), because its great having two top sides (hurry up, we are waiting ).
I also remember when we got promoted, the eight easy points crap and the 'Leeds are our main rivals' jibes. It all just smacked of bile and hatred towards us.

See the post above by GG. There is 'bile and hatred' going between both clubs from both sets of fans however this shouldnt be the case from respective CEO's I think was the original point.

When, I have spent hundreds of nights in the pub and casino with Neil, even when FC fans have a pop he just ignores them, the over used term 'irony' really does apply here, critsizing someone for alledgedly doing the same.
