Why, who else has been a bigger signing than Mason would be?!
Jeez, you don't know Jack!
FWIW, as much as it'd be great for PR and he may do a job on the park, I have no desire to see Mason at the Willows at all, if only because he's a prize pr1ck.
(same could be said for another prop mentioned not far above on this thread too TBH?!)

Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

Now that is one rumour I wouldn't be unhappy to see come to fruition, an excellent utility back and a decent kicker if i remember correctly and he has got to be in his early 20's making him one of the clubs senior professionals if he does sign.
Just out of interest does anyone know if the squad we are getting together will be the youngest in SL history? and surely we have got to have a very good chance of having the greatest number of British born players of any of the current or past SL first team squads.

Would he be a good signing for you? I'd be sorry to see him go, as a Wigan fan.
Good player has something we are now lacking which is experiance, but out of the current squad, Talau, Littler, Gibson, Henry there preferred position is centre, although i dont think Goulding and Karl Pryce will be happy playing back up for another season
I wouldn't mind Phil Bailey to allow Parker to move to the front row, and we have a quota spot left

What a dismal situation for us long suffering supporters when the biggest celebration we can muster is at the relief of a player we haven't signed - wouldn't real good news be a pleasant change?
ok be grate full you did not sign another dummy like poor old celtic signing Matt Utai another over weight islander that was not much good in the bulldogs reserve side ...
