Someone is now going to say that this happened in one of the matches that just happened arn't they as I didn't see it.
Can't really think of many similar bumps - HBK kinda did in the 1st ever one (but sort of from the side of the Cell rather then off the top, still through an announcer's desk though IIRC).
That second Foley bump (the one through the cage) was even more brutal then the first because the first one through the announcers' desk was at least planned. Search the match on that popular video sharing website (
), he goes through the cell and whilst his laid out in the ring a steel chair has followed him and hits him in the face/head!
