I wonder if Tom was coming up through the system now, with no P&R if he would have got more of a chance earlier on?

He should have had the opportunity this year with Carney and latterly Brownies injury but he isn't up to the standard we require.

We've certainly got a bit more choice in the halves now with Grix, Drew and Wood.

Hopefully Brown can develop him and make them all better players.
