That's as maybe, but the club have a moral (and commercial) responsibility to ensure smooth operation of all things relating to the matchday experience whether they outsource the supply or otherwise.

To be fair, they also ran out of food before half time at Wembley during the Challenge Cup Final. I'd expect that they'd have a greater knowledge & understanding of catering for large numbers, but I guess it does happen.

Thinking of the greater good, its always better to use up all the food than see it go to waste.

Agree 100% with this post. Was obviously there last night; what a fantastic venue, couldnt think of better place to hold the match yesterday. The Atmoshphere and europhia-like feeling in that place is epic, im glad to say the best night of my life was experienced in your superb stadium, so i thank you

I didn't get why they knocked down James May's Lego house and yet nobody's noticed a Meccano and dirt lean-to hidden behind a pub and a chip shop.

More pertinently, I would imagine, Heathcotes have a contractual obligation to provide a reasonable level of service via KPIs.
