As I've said on that thread, I would be very surprised if he went to Sale. He's still unproven, he's only played RL, so he wouldn't have a position in Union. Scrum Half in that game is very technical and you don't get the freedom to run that you get in RL. Sale have just spent most of the summer asset stripping all their best players, which accompanied by attendances that are down, suggests that they are struggling for cash.
It's interesting to note that 'Eric Cartman is a Saint' is one who states he has it on good info that Eastmond is definately going, then later changes his mind and says he has cast iron info that he's staying. So it isn't just our site where he spouts absolute drivel.

Would be a shame. Eastmond is one of the few young British backs who has genuine talent, and he would be a real loss to the sport.
