If that transfer did go through, what would everyones thoughts be on signing Danny Tickle back?

I think if he was to come back to Wigan, Gleeson wouldnt be going the other way - it would just be a straight deal. Although I cant see either happening.

No, no, no, no, no.

SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS

For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.

For 27 - 0 you get a trophy
For 75 - 0 you get sod all.

Wigan had eight in a row
Saints have five in a row

What can Tickle do that Farrell, Mossop, Davies, Hansen, Tomkins..... can't do other than kick? We already have one of the best kickers around!

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

Get rid of Bailey for Tickle, one player the model pro who the lads look up to or Danny Tickle?

Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid.
Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.

we need a prop, plain and simply, people say we need a 7, i wouldnt like a 7 who would start id like a back up player who could come in if we have an injury to one of the halves. i could see leuluai improving if we are playing with a dominant pack, we have one of the best back rows in the league and our talent in the back row is awesome. then we look at the front row, we have very two good young props in ocarroll and prescott, stuart fielden who is not the same player and coley who is expected to play the role of the pack leader. if we dont get a prop i would seriously bulk bailey up and move him up to prop, get him to put about 2 stone on. we need someone who can lead our pack into submission of the other teams pack, some absolute brutal beast. god i wish craig smith was 10 years younger!

Farrell for me.

Not only could he do the hard work of a prop but he had the skills to match any other player in SL.

Add to that he could dish it out if he needed to as well he’d be the perfect player for us now.

What an asset he’d be to us.

Scott Logan still big, and still playing. Would you have him back?

Dan Sarginson: "This is a fantastic opportunity for me to join the biggest name in the competition" 18/10/2013

Tony Clubb: "This is a new exciting chapter of my life signing for Wigan and I couldn't be happier" 18/10/2013

Romain Navarrete: “I’m very happy to have signed for Wigan Warriors. As soon I knew that Wigan were interested, they were the only team that I wanted to sign for. To me, Wigan is the biggest Club in Rugby League and it will be an honour to pull on the famous Cherry-and-White jersey next year. I look forward to working with Shaun Wane and the players at Wigan.”
