Having read the quotes form the pair of them I get the impression the biggest disagreement is they disagree on what this and previous seasons performances amount to. Nobby thinks its OK whereas IL sees the five semi final losses as not.

Well there is no salary cap for a coach but every time a contract for a player has been renegotiated this season the fans have assumed the likes of TL and Coley will have been re-signed on less than the money Mo agreed to pay them and this would be a good thing.
Many support the view IL should run the club as a business so only getting the coach we can afford would fit in with that.
Not a position I agree with but if he does that with the coach as well as the players, it's his decision to run the club like that and running it that way is how he will be judged.
