Lets join together as fans of both Saints and Warrington and wish Martin commiserations, "a chance to win silverware" listed as one reason for leaving but yet 2 Semi Final defeats... GUTTED

I wonder if he was the winning bidder on Paul Rauhihi's CC final winners medal :P

He wasn't really an instigator of any of the moves, though. He was wanted by one club and seemingly unwanted by his current club, both times. He hardly spat his dummy out and demanded a transfer request to Wigan, like a player we consider a club legend.

We're the first ones to starve, we're the first ones to die
The first ones in line for that pie-in-the-sky
And we're always the last when the cream is shared out
For the worker is working when the fat cat's about

It was removed from e-bay. As it was causing a lot of unrest amongst Warrington fans.

I wasn't bothered about Gleeson until the eve of the semi-final against them, when he decreed that a Saints-Wigan final was the one the game really wanted, "with respect to Huddersfield and Warrington".

Ever since then, I can take nothing but pleasure in his stagnation at Super League's Official Semi-Finalists®.

What is factually incorrect in what he said though? Im sure most neutrals would have preferred a Saints/Wigan ding dong.

 ....More deluded rubbish.....Yes, Saints and Wigan fans like to play one another, mainly so Wiganers can feel socially superior to somebody for once in their lives, and so Saints fans can come across as all threatening and nasty to their 'fiercest' rivals, but in reality to most neutrals its just another game....So to say we all love seeing Saints & Wigan play each other is simply another myth created by the silly people.

How can I miss you, if you won't go away????
