Lets be honest, we all knew he was off, the players knew he was off as well. Richards in this month RLW, even said the lads have had to hold back trying to talk to him in welsh. I just think Sky have been putting that question to him for the past 2 months or so and he thought F.I. Yeah I am off. All it did was make the board release their statement earlier than they wanted to.
Another point though being dual semi finalists again at the end of the year looks a lot better than it did at the beginning of the season when we where proper crap.
Note for whoever for next year, dont go to Lanzarote or wherever they go and start the season better.

Just don't expect it 2 all change over night. It will take time 2 pull the players into tip top shape but it can be done and it is worth making the coaching change.
It's an exciting time to be a Wigan fan.

for the first time since Millward was appointed coach in my opinion, at least for the right reasons.........although lets hope it promises more than Millward delivered.

How is it exciting, we don't know who the new coach is, its not suprise to see many basking in Noble's glory, but lets wait till Wednesday, then see how excited people are.
Just out of interest, if the new coach only reaches a semi final, I assume thats failure?
What if we finish top and get knocked out in the play offs, I assume the usual suspects will be made up for a tremendous season.

It is exciting because we could potentially be making a real stride forward.
Lets judge the new man in good time not speculate on what could happen.
Its a bit like speculating on how wrong IL is for getting rid of BN when Wigan make the Grand Final.........sadly the confidence or speculation was ever backed up.
