Hi, just a quick question for someone about the stadium rules at the Halliwell Jones.
I'm coming over with the family tomorrow, and are planning to bring some food/drink with us. Does the Halliwell Jones have the same rules as other modern stadia, in that they won't allow plastic soft-drink bottles (unless the top is removed)?

yes, plus if you fart you have to get the rounds in
you can bring normal size bottles of pop in, in plastic bottles, i think they take exception to 2 litres , dunno why though, they do sell bottles with lids on in the ground, stay away from the pizza pods though.

the family in front of me bring what I can only describe as a 'food-fest' to every game. 2 rucksacks crammed with all sorts of carb-enriched delights (pies, pasties, butties, sausage rolls, cheese rolls, pizza slices...). Then the pop, juice, flasks (one for tea one for coffee) and an insane amount of Haribos.
I'm amazed they see any of the game as their heads are permanently mooching about in said bags rummaging for the next snack.
Sunday lunch - Wire style !
