Never forget Platt kissing the Bradford Bulls emblem on his shirt after scoring in front of the Salford fans at Bradford. Not a particularly tasteful thing to do.
I have a fair few friends who watch Bradford and their general feeling is that he's a risky player who's style achieved a fair bit at 1st but has recently become adept at cocking up....

Yeah never reaily got that, we released him because he was rubbish and our youth develpment at the time wasnt the best eather and now looks like he has been a late developer and has managed to hold a space down at bradford (a weak bradford side compaired to their hay day but are still a useful outfit when push comes to shove).
If we did sign him i wouldnt be unhappy about it until i see him perform and see if he has improved.

Isnt he a local lad?

He went to the same school as me (William Hulme's in Whalley Range) and was a couple of years above me. His sister was in the year below me as well. I always knew I recognised his name from somewhere but I only just remembered last year that it was him and didn't put two and two together that it was the same guy.

"Meanwhile, out-of-contract Rhinos winger Jodie Broughton, who had a spell on loan at Hull this year, is in talks with Leeds and has also attracted attention from Super League rivals Salford City Reds.

Broughton is also understood to be considering a switch to rugby union. "

Has something we clearly lack which is pace, Reminds me of ritchie barnett tall quick winger but shocking handling ability, will get targeted with the bomb.

If he signs or three quarters will probably be

Fitzy
McGilvery
Talau
Henry
Broughton

How small is that backline? the first four are about 5"8/9
