we have most of the lads from last year but alot of players have come down, we played the old team against westhoughton and played bad now we have adapted and made big changes and results seem to be in our favour but ts along season and many things can happen lets just enjoy it

Hindley 82 Westhoughton 6

We rested 4 or 5 first teamers for this game. Was a 1 sided game but fairplay to Westhoughton they kept going. Felt sorry for their 2 props who played 80mins and where stand out players for them. Good luck for the rest of the season lads.

What time is the evening Kick off this wednesday and where is it at ( Westhoughton or Rochdale)

Last year, several times we went weeks and weeks without a game due to teams not turning up, having insufficient numbers, etc. Normally 'A' teams. That coupled with pitches sometimes being unplayable meant a very frustrating season.

Newton were well under par this week.

The result was not a reflection of how we have been playing this season.

The game is 7:30 kick off at st judes', we have a good few out due to work and uni, so should be a good game. hope westhoughton lions see this n play. if not it will be a 4 week gap with no game for us!!! div 6 all over again!!!!

We are the same we've played one up rugby up to now due to the influx of new players, luckly they are good players and that as got us by, but it showed at waterhead and wont do against hindley!!!!!

No Mate Eccy Lions. Went down just before the Westhoughton game, then played against Blackburn last week as well.
