This isnt sour grapes or anything, its only a questiion. When do Catalan dragons have to go back to france to join/ start there own league back there?
I know the reason they joined superleague was to promote the great game in france. Has this worked while they have been in superleague? I know that the french players have improved.
Do we think its time when the franchise is up for renewal that they were forced to go back and actually make an effort in france, instead of piggybacking on us? Or maybe Join the NRL for some experiance. I know cost will be a factor, but not if the base themselves over there and have feeds on TV like they do for all there home games over there.

Catalans don't have to go back to the french league, they are part of the european super league.
I don't agree with them, but they'll be hear for good unless they become too much of a cost for the rfl

Exactly, I have no problems with them being in the competition as I think they add another dimension to it. Also think their fans are terrific, especially at the Magic weekend, one of the lasting memories for this season was the noise and colour they brought when their team bus came in, brilliant.
Catalans are a credit to SL and should be the benchmark for anyone wanting to join SL.
I hope thay have a long and succesful SL career.
In my mind there is no reason they should leave SL until there are 4 French clubs at their level, the french international team is a the equal of Englands and we have fully functioning European international and club competition.

I agree, England desperately need an international side that can offer them a challenging intense fixture at least once a year. The French seem by far and away the best bet.
As an aside, how good is Dimitri Pelo? I wish he was playing for us.
Somewhere in the dust of time rest the bones of the Galilean He who was spat upon. He whose face was marred beyond all human likeness Somewhere buried among the lies of the past rests the tomb of Yeshua Of he who was made God in a world without Hope. And when this son of Joseph is found. What then will the Church of Rome say? Prepare yourself for the day is coming. And men will say "Blessed are the wasted lives who perished in the flames of the holy war"
