Catalans took 30 at most tonight and we did have a bigger gate than Wakey and it was on a Friday night.
Still poor though and still annoyed at the people who left and did not bother to give the lads a rouns of applause after an immense season for us - the BEST since SL started for Fartown.
Well done,200 more on a Friday night instead of a Saturday night,in a decent stadium and only one match on Sky to watch.

True they could but ATEOTD they still have to win 4 intense knock out games to become Champions - no mean feat in itself.
Everyone knows the rules before the competition starts, so hardly a time to moan about them now.

Yep Friday night instead of Saturday, massive difference and the most key variable in the equation, FFS Catalans would have brought at least another 10 fans had it been tomorrow

we arent actually moaning about the rules.. we were commenting on the crowds that this system has created.all crowds have been poor and changes might need to be made to create more excitement next season so the fans turn out in numbers

Not interested in previous seasons because the Celtic/Salford/Saints away support has been appalling this term.. oooops..Scratch the Celtic bit out of that.. They have been fantastic considering .
in general Saints away suppiort has been fantastic this season, even to places like Celtic, Gateshead, Quins and Catalans (and I haven't missed any away games or home games this season or last season, including CC). Hull away sticks out in my mind as one of the best atmospheres I've been to for a while away with Saints also.
So what did you have instead Mick . 5k envy-green bandwagoners sat at home watching the Hudds-Dragons game on telly (plus the one in Billy Hills)
