Perhaps, like other products, if not received (and they obviously are aware of the matter) that revolutionary new gadget called a telephone is now available and can be used to enquire about things like this.
They've been passholders since 2006 (you know, these Rovers till I die lot who went in the 80s and 90s, fell off the bandwagon and got back on it, the sort charlie despises). I think they moved seats last year (ie didn't renew the same ones) so paid in September - might be wrong.
It's not just them that's not received any vouchers, though, is it? Why say in the brochure that "you will receive vouchers" when in reality you're going to rely on people to remember their entitlement and turn up knowing that a receipt for Club Rovers is what is required?
Having a great deal to say on the subject it may prove a very interesting topic in the coming months.
