Looks like a pretty good signing to me, would doubt he'll be on big money and if Friday showed us anything it was we are very light in the backs in we pick up an injury. Add to that the fact that Webster looks permanently on the verge of pulling up injured and Chev is gone for at least next season (i would assume) then a right centre seems the obvious choice. Afterall what cover do we have there, cockayne??
We need to strenghten the squad and need to do it with young English players, whether ratu fulfils his potential we will see but at least the potential is there.
We need to add an impact prop (or two) to our playing staff now and then I see the recruitment more or less done.

We work on the opposite mentality to your team, we sign potential young english players and give them room to develop, your lot sign players that had potential, usually in the early nineties and let them graze in the KC retirement home.

Strange signing, I expected Rovers to sign a more proven player. Been around the Leeds set up for a while and seen bits and pieces of him but it's all just potential at the minute. Gibson was more highly rated and he has not ended up the player people thought.
