I did hear that the programme 'Countdown' was going to sponsor 'The KC Stadium' in the form of an anagram named gound - 'Mutated Hicks' being the first choice.

I think Poorhouse Lane has a kind of threadbare Dickensian romance to it.

If we follow the well trod route to a bland corporate-sponsored new name, and I'm sure the cash will be very welcome, I think we should retain all the non-saleable character we can.

You could call Hull f.c's home venue hull city council park stadium for all i care ! Its still one if not the best venues throughout the whole of super league.
