are full of brown stuff. Watching the game back on Sky, they contradict themselves time and again.
After what was a poor performance from both sides in the first half, Eddie and Stevo between them poured scorn over the chances of both clubs, with Eddie stating "neither of these clubs will trouble Old Trafford for the final".
Then we had talk in the second half of Wakefield being a match for anyone on their day and none of the other play off contenders would fancy playing them.
Their assessment of Rovers chances was that a poor performance last night would scupper their chances in the play offs, obviously forgetting the previous five wins on the bounce that we had in the bag before last nights game. I suppose going by that theory we can write Saints off while we are at it.
Add to that Dave Woods saying later that Catalans are the nearest to a shoe in to get to play against if a club wants an easy passage to the next round, just 24 hours after they had registered their first win away at Saints in the Super League, then I suppose we can take that all the media experts mentioned in this are full of it.

I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.
It seems to be this way with SKY and Hull clubs, on Friday you could have been mistaken that we were actually taking part in the game during the build up.
Rovers were Super Leagues form team going into yesterdays game and by half time they wouldnt be troubling Old Trafford.
I think someone from Hull must have poked Stevo's Mrs at an earlier date.

Clarky's Wigan bias is the best. I like him, but the cherry and white overload is frankly embarrassing.
Still think Rovers are favourites to play Leeds at OT. Big problems at Saints apparently, Huddersfield drained by Wembley and short in the halves (where they were already hampered by not getting Carney). Wigan are in no sort of form and I don't think Wakey can sustain a run of good results with 9 unavailable.

He said they wouldn't trouble Old Trafford in this form... as in the way they where playing last night which is a fair comment IMO.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!
SPOT ON!

I can see what you are trying to do there

Using squad numbers as a guide they have their first choice 1,6,7,9 & 13 playing today in their rightful positions
