So to prefer someone english behind a bar is racism is it? Now if he had said ALL BAR STAFF behind the bar should be english, fair enough, but he didn't did he, he said they need SOME english people behind the bar, bit of a difference there don't you think?

My daughter suffers racism and it is simply something that doesn't belong in todays society, a bit like Chunky really.

I'm not defending racism, and I don't believe a racist comment has been made on this thread, and I also don't think people have a full understanding of what racism is.

As for your daughter, it's wrong she should suffer it, if it is true racism, of which I don't know as I don't know the full details.

Not going to much into it but she has dark skin and has suffered since starting school, only kids but they can be the worse.

Perhaps you can explain the difference between 'English' bar staff and non English...difference is their Nationality.
