No because due to legal reasons the BBC had to be the first to announce the numbers, he had 5 balls faced away from the tv camera on a stand and after the numbers were read out on BBC he turned the stand round and they were the exact numbers that had just been read. It will probably be somewhere on youtube now if you wanna see it yourself

'Derren Brown wins Lottery jackpot for 10 consecutive week'
I like how people are complaining that the guy is a fake, what were they expecting real magic?
Fat blokes in the mud, flat caps, bogs that drain pi55 directly onto your boots - Now it's all 'Big Ask', 'Arm Wrestle', 'Collision' 'Contact' 'Facials' 'Upper Body Strength' 'Big Units' 'Scooting from Dummy Half' 'Energy Levels' 'Laying the Platform' ‘Middles’ and 'T-R-Y'. Let’s not forget resilience.

Guess you have never won the lottery,
Well its quite obvious as you only seem to be picking 5 numbers
My guess would be that it was a split screen where the left hand side of the screen was a static image then when the numbers were being drawn an assistant wrote the numbers on the balls which nobody would see, when the draw had finished they replaced the left hand side static picture with live pictures.
If you watch it again, Derren Brown never moves from the right hand side of the screen until after the draw, if he had done he would have probably dissapeared.
