Just wondering what your views on Stephen Myler where?

He copped a ridiculously bad time at Widnes (almost Wire like ) but inbetween joined you boys and is now RU's latest hot shot 10!

How did you rate him? Didn't get enough game time or just not good enough?

His attributes always seemed better suited to the other code and it's good to see him doing well!

He never did anything with the ball other than pass to the next man in the line - never took a man on, never drew a man. Well below what you want from a half back.

You've pretty much summed it up yourself. He wasn't good enough for Super League and his attributes were better suited to Union. I said at the time he'd be better in Union. Still held his nerve for us kicking that goal against Bradford when we won by a point. He did put the effort in and took a few knocks (nasty black eye he had). Can't complain, he had to come on Dunneman and gave 100% so congradulations to him and I'm glad he's doing well in Union. Its that same old arguement again - a player not good enough for league is great in union, I still don't understand how people prefer union to league....
