Does he feel that with the salary cap, and the new quota rules, that any team will be able to dominate SL for sustained periods, as St Helens, are ,and before them Wigan did.
I havn't mentioned Leeds as its been 1 off games they have won, albeit the GF, but Sts have dominated the league and challenge cup.
