So the emphasis is not to retaliate as when a player retaliates, they get the punishment. Why risk leaving the team one man down just so that fans can say who is alpha male? Not worth it, especially with the playoffs so close and performance/results important.
They bullied him, they tried dirt on him and targetted time after time. He lapped it all up though, but the Rhinos definatley went out to bully James.

I agree that they definitely targeted him. Perhaps we have a different understanding of the word 'bully'. Either way, he didn't respond because the team is more important to Jammer than proving himself alpha male in front of the ugly mugs of Leeds Rhinos and their fans. Retaliation always brings harsher penalties than aggression so to give in and fight back would have meant us being one man down for another ten minutes.
Same old Same old, Leeds fans not being able to see owt done wrong by their team and everyone else having a differen't opinion.
Can't even ba bothered saying owt else on the subject to be honest.
If i was to marry, i dont know if i ought to, if i would, if i should , i'd marry a Prop's daughter, she'd go down, i'd go down, we'd all go down together, we'd be alright in the middle of the night going down together!!

Typical sour grapes green eyed fan!! most respectable fans of all clubs who know anything about the game!! Will tell you the jjb tackle wasn't pretty and he will get a ban which is only right!! But the rest of it is what you see in most high intensity games!! siants on the night were just as ruff an uncompromising as Leeds!! when fans see these kind of games like origin fans are like" wow that was a right game, they knocked seven bells out of each other, this is the pinical of the sport" but when Leeds step it up to a level similar to origin the fools want Leeds sending to the dock!! It's rugby league not tiddlywinks!! saints gave as good as they got in the niggle and came off second best to the hardest, nastiest, fastest most skillful team in the league! most of you a scared or gelous!! That's why your little rants are so funny

If they are so hard, fast and skilful, why do they need to be the nastiest? Sure, all RL fans want to see strong tackling and big hits, but I'm not sure most sane people want to see smashed faces and broken bones. Let's leave that to the yawnion players.
Dan Sarginson: "This is a fantastic opportunity for me to join the biggest name in the competition" 18/10/2013
Tony Clubb: "This is a new exciting chapter of my life signing for Wigan and I couldn't be happier" 18/10/2013
Romain Navarrete: “I’m very happy to have signed for Wigan Warriors. As soon I knew that Wigan were interested, they were the only team that I wanted to sign for. To me, Wigan is the biggest Club in Rugby League and it will be an honour to pull on the famous Cherry-and-White jersey next year. I look forward to working with Shaun Wane and the players at Wigan.”
Leeds Rhinos have a trio of disciplinary worries hanging over their defence of the engage Super League title.
Centre Keith Senior, second rower Jamie Jones-Buchanan and prop forward Kylie Leuluai have all been summoned to appear before the Rugby Football League’s disciplinary committee tomorrow on charges resulting from Friday’s fiery win over St Helens.
Jones-Buchanan has been cited by the RFL match review panel for an alleged “chicken-wing” tackle, a technique that placed undue pressure on the shoulder joint of St Helens prop James Graham.
Senior is accused of punching St Helens second rower Jon Wilkin, an offence for which he was sin-binned, while Leuluai has been charged with a high tackle on Graham.
They are all grade C charges, which carry suspensions of up to four matches, and could have a major impact on the Grand Final series.
Leeds finish the regular season at Salford Reds on Friday, needing a point to ensure a first-place finish, before embarking on the play-offs.
Leeds centre Lee Smith also received a caution for a high tackle on Saints second rower Lee Gilmour in Friday’s match, which the Rhinos won 18-10.
Reckon Senior will get off the other 2 may get a game ban and a letter telling them off.

Green eyed envy if ya wanna believe that, Leeds are a good side but stuff went on against Saints that has no place in the game.
