Pretty accurate assessment of it I reckon. Hooker is probably the one area were hull are stronger - not a dig, but definitely a reason this deal happened.

You may ask why I speculate on this? The answer is, because he is a bloody good coach who has respect for his players. I know it's hard to understand for you black and whites, given the dross you have as a coach, but do try.
Yeah he would never release a player via text message or tell one he is getting a contract in Crown after the last game of the season only to then inform their agent there will be no deal
You preach abouth Hull fans not knowing conversations then do exactly the same thing. There are plenty of players kicking around that were treat very badly by Morgs and will be happy to tell you about it.
Funnily enough 5 of them will be turning out for Featherstone next season, perhaps building an army of hatred

To be fair, every club looks to progress, Hull have let some good young uns go, and brought in some questionable signings ala Cordoba, Rovers had a clear out after thier first season in SL, and brought in a load of Aussies, you don't have to go far back to find posts like Sydneys reserve team, but at the end of the day JM has moved us forward with his decision making, which is what every club strive to do, no amount of point scoring or looking for a different angle to spin his signing will distract from the fact JM has done what he believes will move the team forward, and if that means Spaven is left out in the cold, heres a newsflash 'He isn't the first and he won't be the last' at either club!

The day Morgan concentrates more on not upsetting individual players, rather than what's best for the future of his club will be the day he leaves. Any decent Manager has to have a ruthless streak, it goes with the territory. I can be a right b'stard some days!
Fev Rovers - home to the bitter and twisted. This applies to players & staff alike it seems.

He will get to play in his best position in which I doubt he would have much chance at Hull.
I think he is a decent signing for Rovers.
Doesn't look any more complicated than that to me.

Ruddy hell, I see you've had to justify your dim witted existence by making sure everybody can see your at (drum roll please) UNIVERSITY IN LEEDS!
It's Carnegie Met, not the University isn't it.

So why the Rovers ball avatar if you're a Thunder fan?!
