Imperative that we keep hold of Beckford today, no matter what. I would welcome another striker in addition to him staying, as that's our only real area of weakness depth-wise in my opinion. The bloke doing the live feed on the BBC reckons the only possibility of him leaving is a panic buy by a low end Premier League club, but as they'd have to stump up £4 million + for a player that's out of contract next summer it's unlikely. I'll only relax though when the deadline's passed and he's still a Leeds player - he's already won 3 out of 5 league games for us this year, and he'll continue to do that all year if we keep him.

Definitely welcome another good striker. Becks & Becchio first choice with Grella (Unproven) and Showumni (Bleeding useless) as back up just isn't enough. I prefer Snoddy out wide then upfront. Think he's much more of a threat to opposition teams.
