That's exactly how a lot of us felt at the semi. You killed us with that very quick try and we really never looked like getting back into the match. You had us nailed just as Warrington had you nailed. I think Smith must have spent a long time studying that semi!

It's really dispiriting to go to Wembley and watch your team lose. I know, I've been there and done it! But don't give up. There is always next year! I know it costs but it's worth it for the win when it comes.

Get a grip look in today's examiner.

The players said the fans were great and so for that matter did the examiner.

It's the player's opinion that matters not the other fans.

I sometimes despair with long standing Huddersfield fans who only ever see the negative. We are winning by 30 and they moan at the players/ref/anybody.

As Durham giant says, loads of positives. If you're going to be negative then don't come to the game.

The Daily Telegraph had good things to say about your support, just scroll down a bit, so you may not have been as 'bad' as you think you were.

I don't need a right wing rag to tell me what our support was like.

Excellent article by the Telegraph. If only we could have as much publicity year round instead of soccer 24/7 with other sports living on scraps.

Is this thread not a little harsh?

I think nerves can often subdue a group of speccies and the early score from Warrington would definitely have done that. It was pretty quiet in our section as well at the start of the second half, only when it became apparent that you guys weren't going to run riot over us in the second half (which I know I thought was going to happen) did we all start to find our voices again.

Sian: Oh that's a very pretty plane, it's all pink and purply
Thecko: And it says Wizz on it

If we had scored any of the half dozen chances we carved for ourselves in the 3rd quarter, we might have heard the two sides change volume too, but it didnt happen

How childish. You do seem to have some chips sitting firmly on your shoulders.

We don't need those kind of people, I woud rather we took 5,000 hardcore fans who would sing their hearts out than 18,000 with the majority just making up the numbers. I agree with Daz 100% on this one, it was a real let down. Would a Town crowd at an FA Cup final be so quiet?

Would you really rather Huddersfield took 5000 to a Cup Final?

Imagine what would have got said by other teams fans if Hudds did that, they would be the laughing stock of the league.

I suppose the 30000 Warrington fans are gonna have trouble getting in the Halliwell Jones for the rest of the season as it only holds 12000 odd.
