I must admit I thought that spoilt the build up, Playing pop songs and shouting make some noise like they had to create an artificial atmosphere.
Had they turned the music off and he had shut up I think the place would have rocked with Wire songs.

yeh have to agree mate, the music knocked the singing alot as you couldnt hear people singing 10 metres away from where you were stood. And were was the drum mate?

Not being funnybut did anyone find him a tad patronising tellin everyone when to sing,clap,wave and the best bit was when he said ,"right when i say"I want you all to wave your banners and scream ready NOW,very good dominic just as the plane was going over everyones heads......
All in all i would nt of missed that home coming for anything..
