Reports abound that Gavin Henson is considering retiring from Rugby Union.
Seeing as Char is minted and the ever smiling happy go lucky permatanned Elvis Presley lookalike is not in desperate need of a big salary, what are the chances of big Gav joining his local RL outfit in bridgend???

All of these things will make him a cultural icon when his visa runs out and he is sent the way of his great grandparents....alas, not in chains this time.

He'd be good at it too if he put his mind to it. Welsh Union boys have a good track record of successfully converting to League and being pretty good at it.

Discredited about 3 months ago. Shame.

It was in the paper on Friday that big Gav was thinking about retirement from RU ....probably not correct though!
I agree...a player like Gavin Henson would go down a storm at Crusaders ... he would raise the games profile by a long mark. Yes I reckon he would be very good at league

Got a good boot on him, hasnt he? I seem to remember him kicking goals for 50+ yards.
