For me its not about which club they are coming from, its if they will improve our squad for the better - and i dont think he would at this time, but you have to take into account were he is from (english player) as i dont think there will be enough SL standard english players in 3years time to go around all the clubs, so maybe taking the decent ones early is a good plan.
