Maybe clubs from Superleague and National Leagues have in house trials in training etc to put forward the two fastest contenders.
Then at the Carnegie 9's you could have a few heats where say the first 2/3 go through to the final.That way you get a much more accurate assessment of who truely is the 'fastest man'
I think that way it would add even more excitement to the night
