Not the best performance but a couple of moments of quality saw us through , along with some tough tackling when we had to defend numerous repeat sets - particularly in the first half.

Not a very good performance, seemed lacklustre with little spark or real enthusiasm. Salford though played extremely well and had they played that way throughout the season would be mid table for sure. Still, a wins a win and grinding results out is a good habit to have

Smithy, just what do you want? This was just the sort of game we needed before the play offs. We defended in tremendous fashion. It was obvious the team were trying some new plays ahead of the semi finals. Salford had nothing but pride to play for and it showed in bucketloads. As I say, this was an ideal workout for the play offs. We now have two weeks rest before taking on Warrington safe in the knowledge we are guaranteed fourth place. I for one was pleased with the performance.
