In all honesty we're not far off that level because the players aren't disciplined enough to go on with their innings. They just seem to get bored like Collingwood or lose concentration like Bell or Strauss did.

I suppose it's because they're so used to getting their fair share of dross served up on a regular basis at County level.

As for Trott- surely it won't be long before he's out LBW playing the way he is.

Not sure how you work that out given the amount of county cricket they actually play. IMO its the lack of county cricket for a lot of them thats the problem.

Shane Warne seems rather pre-occupied with Lily Allen in the crowd. I was sure he was willing her to check her text messages.

All of them have learnt their trade in county cricket and the element of getting easy runs isn't there in test match cricket.

Old habits die hard imo although i do agree abit more match practice at times wouldn't go amiss just for confidence reasons.
