Either that or a clear indication of how expansion clubs will operate under different rules at all levels from now on
Celtic are bottom of SL , they have had little effect on where other clubs in SL are going to finish this year
For the last 2 years though they have had a massive effect on the clubs they have played
That must never be allowed to happen again

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Absolutely gutted, thanks for all the support folks and as for all the 'hang 'em high' brigade good luck in whatever your team does and hope that you'll get a bit more sympathy as a fan than we'll get if your team ever fall foul of the rules.

What bollox.
Read the BBC story again. You will notice that it is the PLAYERS who are being held responsible. As yet, no decision has been made by the Borders Agency as to whether the club knowingly employed illegal immigrants. The club could be entirely innocent in all of this yet with the childish rantings of idiot fans from other clubs anyone would think the owner and staff had committed mass murder.
I haven't witnessed such a load of childish, pathetic rubbish since I was a kid on the school playground. You lot from other clubs, you are the embarrassment to rugby league.

Your club hasn't yet fallen foul of anything. It's the players who have made a mistake so far. Hopefully, the Borders Agency won't find anything that can be interpreted as the club knowingly employing illegal immigrants. If they cannot prove that then the club is home free.

FWIW I think it's a damned shame what's happened and hope the club aren't going to be completely crucified for this. Sadly, you can expect abuse from the small-minded flatcappers, I just hope you realise that proper fans of TGG (i.e. game first club second, not the other way round like the flatcappers) will still support the Welsh venture and not want it to die because of this.
From a fellow pariah (aka a Wigan fan), welcome to the club
Thanks for that.
As I said on another thread if the club went under I would still be a big fan of rugby league if we do not have a club to support. I don't think many people who are coming on here having a go could say the same.
It is posts like this that make all the difference in times like this so thanks again.

[watching Mackay testing the curry in the prison kitchens] Fletcher: Course, he sees 'imself as an authority on curry, he does, on account of where he was stationed in the army. Rudge: Where? India? Fletcher: No, Bradford.
