According to the BBC 6 of them are here illegally and will have to go,

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_l ... 207827.stm

This means that they were ineligible to play all season so i wonder if they will have their winning games reversed by the RFL. But this story will take the heat of the Ra Ras "fake blood" story.

also normally an employer is fined £10,000 per illegal employee.

No need for the casual racism, is there?

It'll be interesting to see what action the RFL take, mind.

Have a bit of sympathy for them.

All sounds that the paperwork was duff. They have been a credit to CC and the game and we shouldnt wallow in their misfortune.

When I see these lads being deported yet they would still be eligible to FIGHT & many of their ancestors will have done just that - for this country - just tell me how many ***** would fight for us if a War broke out between GB & ******an - makes my blood boil how this Country is behaving and is being run.

The six players in question were all with the Celtic club prior to this year. What I don't understand is why it's taken so long for the UK Border Agency to enforce this?

Surely these players were registered for paying tax so wouldn't you think the Inland Revenue would have picked it up from a government computer database and notified the Border Agency immediately ?

It's also interesting to see the Rugby Football League have declined to comment on this matter (BBC). Either they are embarrassed and hope the story will go away quickly or they're planning to severely discipline the club for bringing the game into disrepute?

It will be interesting to see what action the RFL take!

cant get the gates what they where expecting
not even got a there own stadium
players getting aborted
jst a team full of ozzies instead of home grown talent
it as jst all back fired in lewis face be interested to see if it is the 1st n last season we ever see celtic in the sl
