not forgetting we had a home game last night and no doubt sold a good few thousand more.
lets face it every club who goes to wembley will double their usual average crowd...apart from hull kr as wembley only holds 90,000
On Thursday evening on Radio Manchester, Craig Spence confirmed that Wire had sold approximately 14,500-15000 by c.o.b Thursday.
There's plenty of conflicting figures knocking around, and you don;t know who is including figures from the RFL etc.
The Warrington Guardian have run an article today stating that ticket sales are far exceeding expectations, and they are now expecting 25k Wire fans rather than 20k, although they don't quote any sold figures.
