Think he is suggested Horne played wing for GB but is not a winger.

Seem to remember Mike Forshaw and Sinfield playing hooker for GB around the same time....bizarre.

Hope Motu has an injury free run cos he is a quality player.

I would assume he'd use the same terms of reference when discussing Motu as being a full-back His best position is undoubtedly hooker and he has the ability to cover a number of other positions which make him a very useful player.

Motu can play a variety of postions to a very high standard. He is a very dedicated pro who gives great value for money (injuries aside )

To have played in major finals at wing, full back, stand off and hooker is one heck of an achievement!

He also played Hooker in one game.

The difference being that Motu has played FB for a large part of his career at club level.

....and not very successfully. Though it wasn't his fault that an eccentric old aussie fool didn't realise full-back was not his best position.

That's a matter of opinion.

You're undoubtedly wrong. He simply doesn't have anywhere near the standard of passing required to play hooker on a regular basis, and his best assets are wasted there. But I can't really be bothered with this again after the reams I've written on the subject in the past. Feel free to go through my old posts and have a read if you want to know why he isn't a hooker and is a fullback.
