I'd be tempted to give Noble the one year deal he wants and appoint Adrian Lam as assistant coach with a view to him taking over in 2011.
I don't know much about Michael Maguire but from what I've read on here he sounds like he would be a good appointment. If he were appointed as head coach for 2010 I'd be tempted to be make Lam assistant to him.
