I always thought it was Leon. Please tell me I'm right as I have hated him with a passion since - not that it matters cos he's at saints now so falls in to that category anyway :D

I agree it was a knock on....but swings and roundabouts comes to mind.

Not saying it was a game breaker......far from it but just pointing out a nailed on fact that it was a missed knock on by the officials.

A forward pass from Roberts to Tomkins was a matter of opinion. I agree it was borderline by the way.

The overall gamebreaking moment was the missed intercept by Pat Richards. It was 14-0 if he'd have taken it as only Mathers was anywhere near and isn't as fast but there you go.

We lost because Wire outplayed us and you deserve to be at Wembley.

Ganson was asked this by the wigan players before play restarted and he tells gleeson(i think) that the tackle was complete before he lost the ball.

Cruncher wrote:It would be easy to say "because that was a try against Wigan, and on Saturday it could have led to a try for Wigan".

That would be paranoid nonsense, but it does highlight the sort of refereeing inconsistency that torments RL fans every week in this country.

That is what is wrong with the refs.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

How they can be constant i dont know when one week they work with radio links and video ref next just radio link and the next back to the old fashioned way no radio links just flags.

It cannot be easy for them the RFL need to get on top of this and maybe just have 3 that work with video and the rest work with radio its not hard to take a portable radio linking set up to grounds that dont have the facility.

Best Wigan No7 ever

Don't be silly! That's Roberts' fault.
