Watching it back, there were plenty of times when the Giants fans could be heard in full voice, which makes it even better if that was through mics in the saints fans end

Dont get me started on the Purple wigs. My sister put hers on saturday night to try it out. Had it on for 60 seconds. The dye ran onto her forehead and left her with pinky stripes all down her forehead. Could not get it off even with dilute bleach.

She wore so much foundation to cover it up yesterday she looked like an extra from Star Trek.

I have a really funny picture of the stripey forehead. I will email it if anyone wants to put it on here ( she would be mortified)

we might have had the least numbers from all 4 semi finalists, but we are not just a quick bus ride from our front doors to the venue as the other 3 sets of fans were.

and considering that just over 20 years ago we struggled to get even 4 figure crowds at home i thought it was worth all those barren years at fartown and the first few years weekly super league drubbings to see even 3,000 fartowners!

great sight on sunday as seven coaches filled with giant fans went down the motorway in convoy , officialy just over 4,000 giants at the match , i thought there were a lot more as we outshouted saints , one of the best giants games ive been to
