Had Brian Noble been at Wigan Brown would have been introduced slowly into the first team and would have been an ideal partner now for Sam.

Brown would walk away from Huddersfoeld now if he had the chance to come back to Wigan.

Nearly split my sides laughing at that one! Please don't, I've already had enough excitement for today!!

This will be our year......................................................Hopefully!
But maybe not with child running amock.

Hmm, good performance today but still not convinced by Brown. Still not even mentioned as a possibility for the English test side.

Having said that, felt very pleased today for all the ex Wigan boys and will be cheering them on in the final.

How surprising, I didn't see this thread coming

23 - 20 - 4

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

Sometimes young players need to be persevered with, too often they are cast aside before they mature as players resulting in clubs looking for the quick fix from overseas.
Lessons need to be learn't.

I think Robinson would be a better foil for Tomkins than either Leuluai or Brown.

I'm not Jesus Christ, I've come to accept that now.

how many years will it be before we are saying the same thing when we allow more players to go as people get on there backs as they dont think they are good enough or the changing of managers every couple of years, keep the faith with this team, just needs fine tuning.just let these young lads come through who care about wigan and stop bringing players in for big paydays who dont give a damm!

That depends on people seeing Tomkins as a SO or SH.

IMO of past players Dobson would be perfect.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know
