think its ridiculas how existing pass holders who have been pass holders for years who dont want to join club rovers have to wait until the 31st august to get their passes if there happens to be any left! a lot of pass holders will be missing out next year

In the document it says "Season pass frozen at 2008 discount prices for 2010 and 2011 for those who join membership by 31 July 2009 for existing season ticket holders, and by 16 August 2009 for new season ticket holders and where season passes are paid for by 30 September 2009."
Never quite got this bit of it, why would new season ticket holders get longer to buy into CR and the subsequent discount on passes then an existing pass holder.
This is why I believe (and the shop says) this is wrong and the July 31st date is just the end of the exclusivity period for 2009 pass holders.
Does anyone know if the 2010 club is a one off fee or will ther be fees charged in the future for continued membership? Or does it just run for a couple of years to then be replaced by the 2012 club or something similar?

That was my impression too mate. If pass holders who bought before this date get an extra's year's 'discount' it's wrong IMO.

I know, but I'm not telling.
Is this the tie-breaker for you? You really need to make up your mind, either get one or walk away from it, it's clearly tearing you up inside.

You would have to increase the price for the season and choose to discount for games other than the derby, we did not INCREASE for the derby, we just didn't discount, big difference.

so we can put the price up and discount all games except the derby

It's renewed every year with a "nominal fee". I'd imagine this "nominal fee" is dependent on the success of the whole thing.
What I don't understand is if people sign up next year, will their season pass prices be frozen at the extortionate 2010 prices for 2011?
