I heard Kooga screwed up, then were extremely apologetic and corrected things with correct shirts.

So, it seems a very strange (and IMO implausible) that they could now be taking legal action.

By screwing up I assume you mean the colour issue?....which they rightfully rectified, the shirts still need paying for though.

The first cock up came from Rovers before the shirts were even made, hence the reason for the delay in getting the first batch over here
