The infrastructure's not there at all. We need a complete new coaching team and a new culture in the playing side of the club. We need someone with experience, not another coach coming to Hull to learn his trade

Absolute tosh, bit of decent coaching and continued decent recruitment and we will be fine, if we start changing everything we will be waiting for another few years to get back were we was only 2 years ago.

Absolute tosh. We've fallen behind most of superleague with our coaching set up. If you think a quick fix will sort that out then you're wrong.

That's a very, very rare occurrence and, again, was 'invented' many, many years ago in wrestling/martial arts. And it doesn't involve 'pumping it up and down', it involves bending the arm back whilst putting pressure on the shoulder and/or elbow. That's something that's happened in the game, accidentally or otherwise, for many years.

Again I disagree. We have the infrastructure in place and what we need is someone to come in with a vision of how they want the first team to play and the youth to be developed. Someone like Murray would be gone with a year or possibly two and then we would have to start again. Someone young and hungry that is highly rated as a top prospect would be ideal for them to come and mould the club in their way.
Like Shaun McRae said at the forum at Salford he is asked to play champange rugby with lemonade and you just cant do it. He said FC have every right to be challenging as we are a big club and are in a false position. I would take Shaun back to help Agar 2morrow he knows his stuff.
