The best thing for Thorman is to get out quickly, in the championship he could be a star.
He wasnt picked at fullback. He was on the bench then went into the halves and was completely anonomous (sp). He then went to fullback with not long to go when Tansey went off in injured and played terrible.
Btw, why is it childish and ridiculous booing a players name when its read out? It was a shocking decision to drop Lee, someone who has worked hard this season to improve and generally is much more committed then other players, for someone who has been awful all season and didnt even play in the reserves to get try and get his place back (doesnt matter if it was his decision or not).
I booed because it was just another example of Agar shafting a young player this season instead of dropping/leaving out a more experienced player who has been much, much worse

I don't agree with Lee being dropped either, I have already said Thorman should not be getting picked for the team. However if Thorman has been picked then lets see how he does before booing him. It will hardly give him confidence to perform will it.

If Lee was dropped for disciplinary reasons I have no problem with that. I just wish he would do it to more of them. If he was dropped purely for "tactical" (snigger) reasons etc then I agree with you. Still wouldn't boo though

But I didnt boo him, I booed the decision.
And it should give him the confidence to perform if he felt he personally was getting booed, if I was in that situation I would try my hardest to prove my doubters wrong

If you believe all the rumours, there wouldnt be a team left if they got dropped for disciplinary reasons

Its like the Kearney incident, people can say all they like that they didn't boo him and that they booed the decision but at the time as far as Kearney knows they are booing him, same with Thorman.
